All Animals and Trees affected by Cal-forest-fires deserve our help!! help me help them please

Would like to set up a nonprofit organization to replenish the fire devastated lands in California. I would also like to help stray animals in need of medical attention or may be suffuring but also to put out in devastate areas water and food for animals that survived and are set on staying in the burned areas Plant trees and with time if everything goes ok get volenteers from the juvenile system possibly to help in this effort. Eventually I ant to open an animal refuge a place wayward animals can go.
