For the past decade I have put all things before myself and my health... Now I have no choice but concentrate on my health and myfuture.

Recent events have revealed that I have multiple very serious, quality of life impacting medical concerns, that apparently have a short suspense but are surgically correctable. The current cost of modern medicine is outside my reach, so I am basically starting this go fund me campaign to help pay for medical expenses and give myself a better chance of a long and happy life.

Those of you who know me personally will know that it takes a very great deal for me to reach out for help, so here's one giant leap for this guy.
Any help would be greatly appreciated and would definitely make a huge impact on this person's life.
