Barcelona to Santiago de Compostela 1300km in 7 days for CANCER

Cancer is an extremely difficult word to understand, digest and accept.

It affects us all, albeit to different extents. For some, it is a light brush, but for the vast majority it is a hard struggle. There are more than 18 million ongoing cancer sufferers across the world, all of which hoping for the right cure and adequate care and treatment.

2023 is the 10th year Anniversary of the ALIVE Charity Foundation. We have been proudly funding Cancer Research projects which provide an ongoing ray of hope to these patients, their families, friends, acquaintances, and our communities. (www.alivecharity.com)

This cause is very close to my heart and this year I have embarked on the 2023 ALIVE Cycling Challenge for Cancer. Between the 25th June and 1st July 2023, together with a group of 35 cyclists we will be leaving Barcelona to cycle for 1,300km to Santiago de Compestela. All this because, We believe that we can make a difference to this cause.
