What is this?

Recently, Alina was nominated to apply for The People to People Student Ambassador's Program, a very selective program which she had to both apply and interview for. Of thousands of students across the country, Alina was competing for one of 40 slots, only 20 of which were available for the Sacramento area. Not only did Alina amaze the panel at the group interview, but she made such an impression that the judges called personally to congratulate her and give her the good news that she will be a 2014 Student Ambassador! She will be traveling to Canada for 12 days in June of 2014!!!

How you can help:

Here's where you all come in -- Alina has put in the hard work of applying for and being accepted into this program. Additionally, she wouldn't have been offered this opportunity if she wasn't who we all know and love her to be. She needs everyone's support in gaining the funds necessary to participate. We only have until April of 2014 to raise $5,000 in funds for the cost of the trip and her traveling expenses, and this opportunity will open up so many doors for her that we can't afford for her not to go. Donations of all sizes are greatly appreciated, and everything helps.

Incentives for your donation:

Donations of $50.00 or more: (2) hours of house cleaning/chores performed by Alina

Donations of $100.00 or more: (5) hours of Alina's services for either babysitting, random chores, yard work, etc.

Largest donation made wins total housecleaning performed by Jeanette and Mitzi
