Alina just wants to laugh again

This is my first campaign for a dear friend who needs help to recover fully from her sickness.

Over 10 years Alina is now fighting against a chronical psoriasis. She believed and relied on many "specialists" and the traditional medicine. But nothing really helped and the psoriasis started to cover roughly 50% of her body. Attached some pictures which were made by herself. Can you imagine how that feels!? Being itchy most of the time and not able to sleep?

As this wouldn't have been enough she got also infections in the areas with the psoriasis making her skin weeping and look like burned. That whole dramatic development made her look even more for alternative healing methods. She tried different places and step by step with the power of plants, oils, manual treatments, relaxation her skin got a bit better.

The most important breakthrough was a stay at the seaside. With saltwater, natural oils and sun her psoriasis decreased enormously. Yeah!! That was a big success!

As with all standard medical insurances none of these alternative treatments were covered. She had to pay everything from her own money. Because of her sickness she could, if at all, only work part time. So after all these expenses she is left now without money.

That's not all as these many years of struggling affected some of her internal organs, especially the kidneys. She has as well still serious infections on the skin which are very resistant. So even if the psoriasis was defeated for now she needs as soon as possible further help for urgent medical examinations. She is living in pain again and it's just a matter of time when the psoriasis will come back.

This is why I created this campaign and I would like to ask all of you to contribute whatever you are able or willing to. Every help will be very much appreciated. Alina is a fighter. Until today she made it on her own. Now she needs a bit of help from all of us!
