Alain and Rebecca Getting Married

Hello there Friends and Family!

                First off let me start off by saying Thank you.  I could never tell you or even show you how much this means to Alain and I.

                Just under 8 years ago, I was introduced to my Best Friend. We both may or may not have known what the future had in store for us. At first our relationship was casual and light hearted. We were practically inseparable and when we were apart, we were figuring out ways on how to get back to each other.

                A few months after we started dating, we had two major lives taken from us a month apart from each other. I lost my mother that October and the following November, he lost a very close Cousin. We found comfort in each other and through that grew to love and appreciate what we had more than we had ever experienced with someone else.  

                Finally on Christmas Eve 2011, at my brother’s house, he popped the question. It was the best Christmas I have ever had and every chance I get I look down at my hand and see my beautiful ring and I’m instantly filled with love. I’m extremely lucky to have what I have.  Life has been good to us, even though the rough times tried to break us apart.

                All of you, who know us, know this is the real thing. So I assure you, we aren’t some crazy kids jumping the gun and getting hitched because of a wild night out. We’ve exceeded all of our close friends relationships and will continue to love each other until we’re long gone.

                Unfortunately we don’t have a lot of funds to work with, so this is where you guys come in! Anything you are able to donate will help. Always remember, no donation too small. For those of you who know me pretty well, you’ll know I’m stubborn and asking for help isn’t really my “thang”… so this is kind of a big deal.

                Well with that all said, we both thank you, from the bottom of our hearts.
