We are reaching out to those who believe in justice, especially among the friends and fans of Akshaya Kubiak also known as Ash Armand, his TV personality.
Akshaya/Ash is being unfairly charged with a dreadful crime and without competent defense, he could spend the rest of his life in prison. We are trying to stop that terrible miscarriage of justice and need your assistance.
Background: One morning in July a very sick young woman friend died in his home. He had called 911 for medical help and told authorities he felt responsible. The 911 phone staff coached him in emergency CPR which they continued together until the team arrived. Tragically she did not survive. He was arrested and has been in custody ever since, but very few facts have yet been released about what really happened.
That did not stop the Vegas tabloid media. Noting his TV fame, they quickly ran sensationalized “reports” that tried and convicted him without any proof or evidence ever being offered. The DA followed suit and filed an
unsubstantiated complaint alleging premeditated homicide.
Besides the absence of any motive or evidence or violent history, Akshaya’s case has many other layers that have not yet been reported. We therefore ask everyone to please ignore the smears & trolls and withhold judgment until all facts are known and the truth is finally clear.
No one knows the authorities’ motives, but the media’s brutal clickbait assaults badly slandered Akshaya’s name, tormented his friends & family and undermined his chances for a fair impartial trial.
Akshaya is best known in his own world as a gentle healer, sensitive teacher and generous friend. The humor, compassion and kindness he brought to his acting roles are straight from his heart. People who know him or sense this from his Ash character find all the wild claims inconceivable and are certain a fair trial will prove them wrong.
But justice is not cheap in America today. Fortunately,
Ash/Akshaya had many online friends, fans and followers. If those who really felt his spirit donated just a little, it would immensely boost his chances for a just outcome. Anything you can offer including prayers are welcome. We are already grateful for your reading these words and would ask you to spread them to others who might know the man and care.
With thanks in harsh times.
