Airplane ticket to go home

Recently I find out that I am sick, I am having epilepsy and lately I am having a lots of seizures. I did all tests and they is not any tumor or anything like that on my brain luckily. So most probably cause for my fits is stress. I am student in Singapore, so my funds are not very high, and I want to go home now in November to see my family and to find a way to tell them what is happening to me. So far I didn't find courage to tell them, because they cannot come and I am sure they will be worried about me. I need some extra money to buy ticket to go home.
