Air Traffic Control Capstone Course

I am a student, in his last semester, at Vaugnn College of Aeronautics and Technology in Queens, NY.  To become an Air Traffic Controller, there are two criteria.  The first is to take the AT-SAT, an FAA regulated aptitude test.  The second is to graduate from an accredited Aviation College with a CTI Certification.  I took the test and scored well.  I'm about to graduate but need one more thing to do so.  The school requires each student to take a capstone course.  This is a finalizing course that is necessary for graduation.  Unfortunately, this course is $500 and my loans do not cover it.  I have been a full time student for the past few years so don't have enough money to pay for this course without help.  I need to raise $500 to finish my schooling and begin my career as an Air Traffic Controller.
