At only 35, Tudor Ionut Balta counts his days. He suffers from a rare and serious lung disease that can not be treated in Romania.
A whole year waited for the Romanian doctors to diagnose it, and then for another half a year, that the Brasov Public Health Department would answer if the Romanian state could help him to do the salvage operation abroad. He has documented and learned by himself that an Austrian clinic no longer receives patients from Romania. The patient in Brasov can not be operated in Romania or Austria because the stage of the disease is advanced. It takes a lot of money to make the transplant in India. But all of us together can give Tudor's air.
