AIDS Orphans Need Support

Josephine Orphan Children Center, located in Gwembuzi, Uganda, is registered with the Ugandan government, houses 40 orphans, feeds them, provides medical care, enrolls in school, and emotionally supports each one. Orphaned children are brought to the home every day by Uganda police, community development officers, single mothers, single fathers, poor relatives, and other friends to orphans who pick them from the streets when abandoned. In addition, as a non-profit NGO they provide guidance for widows and widowers who need assistance with navigating the welfare system.

At this time they are needing financial support to maintain the orphanage, pay rent, school feeds, buy food and ensure medical needs are met. All donors will receive a certificate as a receipt of their donation. Monthly donations are encouraged.
