Campaign Story
-- ENGLISH BELOW --
Alix.

What is Ito Thermie ?
ITO THERMIE is a natural Japanese healing method using incense sticks prepared from several varieties of plants including moxa, pine, cedar, loquat and other nutritional substances. It has been created in 1929 by Dr KIN-ITSU ITO.
The thermal energy is radiated from ignited incense sticks inserted into two tubes called “Reionki”.
It act by several ways on the body :
Massages: stimulate the Chi (allow to bring movements in the body).
Aroma therapy: anaesthetic and sedative effects of the plants (act on the nerves system and reduce anxiety).
Heat : the infra-red help with joints problems and muscular tension.
This method helps to stay healthy and find natural balance between body and mind. It stimulates the blood and lymph circulation, hormonal and autonomic nervous systems, and the immune system.
It has many benefits on : body pain, muscular and bone problems, breathing difficulties, lymphatic issues, blood circulation, skin problems, allergies, wound healing, stress, insomnia, anxiety, depression, fertility problems, etc
