My grandma needs an aide and her insurance won't cover it. I've been taking care of her for 5 years now without any break. Unfortunately I've injured my back doing so and now require surgery. I am needing assistance with her care.

I don't have any family to help me. Being a caretaker is a 24/7 job. That being said I have no friends either. I'm out of options. I wouldn't trade every last minute I get with her for the world. I truly believe I'm doing the best thing for her. . . . .
