Aid my Family to Keep a Roof Over our Head

All we want is a roof over our heads and to get out of these crises. This is uncomfortable and hard to ask, but our family needs help.

The past few 5 years have been a roller-coaster ride for our family a lot of ups and downs but even after all of that, we all manage to keep it together. After 20 years of hard work my dad finally manages to buy our own house which was in late December 2017, he spent all of his savings on this house and we all were happy because owning a house was our dream. After that in 2019, my dad went abroad for better opportunities because his current job was not paying very well and he wanted to settle the house loan fast.

But this year in February 2020 we received a call from hospital regarding my dad (Amritpal Singh) that he suffered from Intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH it is an emergency condition in which a ruptured blood vessel causes bleeding inside the brain more details in the report attached above) along with heart condition and was hospitalized we were shocked of this sudden and unexpected news, the doctors said he came to the hospital just in time otherwise it could have been the worse situation and after one month of observatory comes out that the Intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH) has left lifelong side effects.

  • FatigueProblems with swallowing
  • Vision loss
  • Difficulty with sensations or movements on one side of the body
  • Cognitive dysfunction (memory loss, difficulty reasoning), confusion
  • Depression, emotional problems
  • Impaired language skills
  • Pneumonia
  • Swelling on the brain
  • Seizures
  • Fever

And he is suffering from 6 of the above-mentioned problems, some of these effects are worst he can barely get out of bed on his own including getting fatigued easily even after normal walks (balance issues while standing) sometimes forgetting things, sitting and thinking alone vision problems are also the doctors said some of these effects’ might last for a long time and the Medication for this will be for lifelong. And under these effects and symptoms, he won’t be able to work again any sooner might take years which was shocking for our family as he was our only main wage earner. I am in the second year of my bachelors’ degree and my younger sister has just completed her schooling. We have spent all of our savings on the house and what so ever left was spent on the medical expenses.

So Anything you and your family have to offer is appreciated. We are down on our knees at this point and hope that you can help us to back on track.

How your donations could help us:

14,800 – This will give us the breathing room for a good 10-12 months to pay for our house, I and my sister both get to complete our studies and allow me to find a better job without worrying about our loan and other expenses.

$38,800 - This will help us to fully settle our problems of house loan and other expenses.

Even If you can't afford to donate anything, you could also help us out a LOT by sharing our post with your friends or family.

I know this is a rough time to ask anyone for money due to the Covid19 outbreak, but this fundraising was our last hope.

Thank You!!
