Ahi Pfunaneni( a hand that gives)

Ahi Pfunaneni is established by a group of six(6) University students currently enrolled in Psychology and Social Work studies. We as a group believe that, if one could give a helping hand to the hungry, the hungry will help the starving. Our aim is to help charity homes that are struggling to meet their needs, at the moment we are working with a children's home called Nyeleti that is based in Benoni. We also believe that poverty should not stand in the way of a child's happiness, hence we would like to throw them a surprise party including gifts, food and clothes on the 1st of September 2019 as a way to make them happy on that day. This is a day we really looked forward to during our childhood years because its a day where we welcome Spring here in South Africa, and kids get to play as much as they want, they also play water games, and get really excited because finally they get to say goodbye to Winter and hello to Spring . But most importantly, we want to embrace their talent by hosting a talent show ranging from singing, poetry, dancing, drama, art, etc.
