In February 2019 a group of 25 future African leaders from Nigeria, Uganda and Ghana will undertake a 8-day leadership journey to Mt. Kilimanjaro. Through the 8 days they will support and push each other’s growth and creativity, and commit to supporting each other’s life visions through a variety of reflective practices towards building conscious leadership.
Intentions for the Journey
We are stepping into our full individual & collective power, leading transformation in ourselves, our teams and our worlds.
We are a conscious collective achieving much more together than we would apart.
We are creating tangible expressions of our leadership which are transforming the lives of our children and communities.
Science has long explained why some of the greatest minds in history were also obsessive walkers. Walking and wandering put us in a unique mental and emotional state that's linked to strokes of insight and creativity boosts.
Connecting with nature connects us with ourselves. We are evolutionarily wired to live in nature. Immersion in nature clears the mind, increases happiness and has profound emotional, mental and physical effects.
The benefits of moving together as a tribe are immeasurable. A supporting and caring community helps us relax into the collective wisdom and insights of the group and accelerates our growth and leadership.
