Affordable Rental homes

Hi my name is Anita,

I am currently in the middle of trying to get fund raising and investors for a business I want to start up.

I am wanting to start up a rental property company, that supplies affordable rental properties for families who are in run down/dangerous properties, or to the homeless families who need housing, regardless of ethnicity etc.

I am wanting to but my first property and hopefully build up from there, my aim in ten years time is to have ten properties in my portfolio with an aim to have a fully recognizable letting agency within 4 years.

I need someone who is willing to donate/invest in my business idea so that I can get out and put my plan into action
