The hospital would have 150 beds in the first phase spread over a total built up area of
approximately 1,00,000 sq. ft.
Land area requirement: 6 acres
Total built-up area of the hospital: 100,000 sq. ft.
Foot plate area: 60,000 sq. ft.
Facility spread Ground + 1 floor, total building height – 10 m (max.)
Total number of census beds: 150 beds (in phase 1)
