Affordable Housing

We are trying to buy land to establish affordable housing for people with HIV/Aids in rural communities. Because our goal is centered on assisting people in communities of less than 500,000 we do not qualify for government red tap funding. Small and rural communites have a desperate need for available affordable housing to assist with this shortage. With the purchase of just 5 acres of land we would be able to offer housing to 10-15 individuals/families in modular homes that they can afford.

Our current goal amount is to cover the purchase of land, and perking the land. The allowable mobile homes will be determined by local regulations where land is purchases, which is why that amount is not being included in this fundraiser.

We would greatly appreciate any domations of land, used mobile/modular homes, or services setting up home sites.
