Affordable College Student for all

My name is Mabayi Rolivhuwa am 21 years old am a chemical engineering graduate of capricorn FET college found in a small township in polokwane. am a founder of Mabayi property Investment registration number: 2018/512561/07 with south african government which is going to deal with student housing that is the problem in most of the colleges around the area only a portion of 27% or less manage to get housing from the school resulting in an off campus residence that is mostly expensive,unsafe and not a conducive learning environment with no internet connection and computer lab to help with studying

my solution is to build accommodation which is going to offer fixed rate of rent and provide better study environment, gym, study area, computer lab, cafeteria with food included in rent and also give student mentors and tutors in side the facility

The amount am asking is for a down payment on the property and building
