As many of you know, about 3 years ago I started my yoga journey. Thanks to my main yoga teacher (Renae), I got into regular yoga practice and then introduced to antigravity yoga..and fall in love with it.
YEAH COOL PJ, what is that you actually do? / WHAT IS ANTIGRAVITY YOGA?
AntiGravity Yoga is a new kind of workout invented by aerial performer Christopher Harrison’a former gymnast and Broadway choreographer. It involves performing a series of exercises inspired by Yoga, Pilates, Calisthenics and Aerial Acrobatics in a hammock-like apparatus, in order to achieve a total-body workout. Think Cirque du Soleil for gym-goers and yoga buffs, but also incredibly fun!
After few years of yoga I noticed massive improvements in my fitness and mental health. My passion towards aerials keeps growing every day and so, I decided I want to do the Antigravity Teacher Training.
This course will qualify me to teach 3 type of classes and, most importantly, I’ll LEARN A LOT about my body, aerials techniques, teaching skills and beginners psychology. (Link to the course and teacher description https://antigravityfitness.com/training_programs )
This official training will make me a certified Christopher Harrison's Antigravity Fitness Trainer (Who is Christopher? The dude that invented it that I mentioned before, find more about it here https://antigravityfitness.com/) He's from New York and my Renae is a master trainer that had studied with Christopher in person for years!
It's a big opportunity that I'm lucky to have happening around me with this timing.
It's a pricy course that starts the week after my birthday, in my favourite yoga studio, where I'm a member and I do at least one - if not three- classes a day. That's how passionate I am about it.
SO... This year I don't want my lovely friends to spend money on gifts or drinks for me. I’d like to humbly ask you to donate that $5 dollars or so, instead for a beer or gift, to help me a little to pay the course and invest in my health and future.
There are no words to explain my gratitude. Also, there will be no party this year, but I'll feel the love every time I'll be hanging upside down on my hammock :D
Happy 24th Birthday to me, to a fun, healthy and successful adulthood!
