Adult with Hypermobility EDS needs Powerchair

Hello I am 45 and have have the iccurable condiiton called Hypermobility/ EDS this means i have instability in my joints and i also have internal and healing issues, I need the power chair so i get out with ease and to gain more independence, also when i take out my future assistance dog, I have problems bending down and reaching up for items. if you can help get in contact i am only asking for a small amount of money.
