Adoptive momma wants to get healthy to be around when new addition is an adult and has babies of her own

I am in the process of adopting a baby girl that was unwanted by her birth mother. I am 44 with 3 grown children and soon to be 5 grandchildren. I consider myself healthy except the hereditary thyroid issue I have which must be maintained. I was denied the opportunity to step down from my hellatious work schedule to be at home with Lilly so I stepped away and am looking for new work with a company has family values. Working with this past company for 5 years has put me in a situation of no personal time for my health.. I am asking for donations to help with excess weight I have accumulated by way of bloodwork for thyroid levels monitoring, doctor visits and cosmetic procedures. Now in no way am I lazy as I walk with Lilly 2 miles a day but without being able to pay for anything it will be a stressful struggle. I am wanting to be here past 70 to see this beautiful baby girl grow up and have a child of her own.
