Adoption For Jayden

Jayden is 5 years old and has autism.   I am the grandmother raising him and I have had him since he was 7 months old.  Jayden fought for his life at Childrens Hospital in Birmingham, Alabama from a pulmonary hemmorage.

 Jayden was diagnoised with autism at the age of 2. I immediately seeked out information on autism as I was unfamiliar with exactly what this meant. I  got him in school and although his learning ability is slow.....he amazes me with how much he has learned and the progress he is making.

I  totally believe things happen in our life for a reason and that we all have a purpose to fulfill on this earth.  In 2008 I was diagnosed with an inoperable brain stem tumor.  I went through radiation (gamma knife)  felt horrible with no purpose as it was so difficult to even walk across the room.  My God send  and purpose was this most fascinating, smart, precious and loving little boy that needed me.  

I have been many places in my life,  seen many things and met many people from all walks of life.  I can truely tell you that seeing life through the eyes of an autistic child has opened up my heart and mind to pure amazement. Even though he may not speak, know how to express his feelings (other than frustration) just look in his eyes and it speaks volumes.

I have been so blessed to be the one that gets to share my time, my life and most of all my love with Jayden.  I want to adopt Jayden.  Would you help make that possible?  I have started the process here in Tampa but need funds to help complete the process.  Any donation would be greatly appreciated and help secure the only home Jayden has ever known.
