Adopt a child

We are a family of 5. My wife and I have beenarrived for almost 14 years. We have three wonderful boys and we want to adopt a little girl. We have already had our home study done and were suppose to adopt a little girl from a friend that had guardianship of her 2yr old cousin, but after a year of working with her and getting to know the little girl out friend changed her mind crushing us. We are now turning to adoption agencies and the price to adopt domestically will run between 10 and 20 thousnad dollars. This is money that we just do not have. we are financially fine as I have 15 years in the Army. I just don't have that large amount of money. This is why we are asking for help.
