Adobe Pet Cemetery help

My name is Ashley Smith and I own Adobe Pet Cemetery. I took this over in Aug. Of last year and the other owner failed to tell me that everything was broke and wore out. I have 7 acres of land. at the moment I need an excavater and riding lawn mower. any help would be great, I am at the moment weed eating by hand and doing everything I can to make the place a wonderful pet cemetery. I will give proof to anyone that needs it that I really do own this. I will even tell you the reason why I have not been able to by anything is no credit. The payments would be big. I am a very hard worker and will do anything to keep this place going. If I could just get some help please.  I enjoy being able to let people know that there is a place to lay their four legged loved ones in the ground. And if I have to dig by hand I will.
