Admitted at khn

I'm a positive patient admitted at KNH with a CD4 count of 1 after testing positive in2005. Sample unit Evidence available on request. Later that same year, I suffered a stroke which disabled my left body. Since recovering, I've been witnessing a series of seizures, epilepsy from 2013- Dec 2019, Where I suffered a major blow of Meningitis in January 4th 2020, which I admitted in KNH, again disabled my left body and discharged from KNH on20/04/19. I'm a very hard working, intelligent potential individual, capable of building a beautiful nation if given a chance?
