On par with Nelson Mandela's vision, education is the genesis of a better world. All the problems around us in today's world can be administered by providing quality education for the young children, who are the pillars of the future. The solution to today's problems are in the future and the children of the present have to be educated well enough to tackle them and create a better future for themselves. Not one leader has passed by without emphasizing the importance and power of education.

This campaign is a part of a project named EN. The project is on par with United Nation's Sustainable Development Goal #4 - Quality Education for everyone. The project is being carried out in Ghana, West Africa. I, Guru Yeshwanth, have taken up a goal to develop the educational environment in rural Ghana to be on par with the schools in major cities of the world. I believe education is the basic right of every human being and in today’s globalised world, one's geographical location (rural or urban) should not be a disadvantage/advantage in acquiring quality education.

This fund raising is the big step in our project. We are planning to develop a school named Virgin Kids Academy in Mpraeso Amanfrom, Kwahu region, Ghana. This school is a not-for-profit private school that aims to provide superior quality education for children without taking any kind of fees for tuition, books or uniform. The proprietors of the school are Madam Comfort Bediako and Mr. Joseph Adjei Darko. You can also find their profile and follow their work through Facebook. These two strong minds started their work a decade ago with the motive of putting an end to illiteracy among rural community. Their passion towards this goal and their tireless endeavour has reaped several successful students from their institution who have now taken up college – thanks for their help and support!

I worked with their school for a period of two months. I stayed with them and taught them basic subjects as well as some yoga and meditation. Having known their motive and understanding their passion, I decided to extend my help for them in the best possible way I can. That is the motive of this fund raising campaign. The funds generated through this campaign would go to developing conducive facilities for the school. The school in Mpraeso Amanfrom, Ghana, does not even have a restroom; children currently use metal sheets to cover the place they defecate. Constructing a toilet would be the precursor to all other plans we have in mind for the school.
