Aden Jansen is a 12 year old, passionate young boy, with big dreams and a bright future ahead of him. Aden is currently resides, attends school and trains in Johannesbug, South Africa. He started his karate journey in March 2014 at Goju Karate Academy under the expert guidance and training of Sensei's Marius and Tarryn Madgwick, it has been nothing more than success from there on!

In May 2014 Aden won his first medals at the Bulls Challenge in Pretoria. He further went on to make the Ekurhuleni team in 2016, 2017 and 2018 where he was also proudly awarded his Gauteng Provincial colours. He is currently competing on a national level and ranks

1st for Kata for all styles karate in his age group, which we can agree is an amazing achievement, and something to be extremely proud of.

With success running through his veins, it comes with great pride to announce that Aden has been selected to compete for his country in the 5th World Goju Ryu Karate Federation Championships hosted in Malaysia later this year in September.

As Aden is self funded, when it comes to training and competing, and sending him to Malaysia is not going to be cheap. This is why we created this page to raise the necessary funds need to make the dream a reality. They say it takes a village to raise a child, and never has it been more relevant than it is now. It is our dream along with Aden's dream to have him compete in Malaysia this year. Please help us make this dream come to life for Aden's fight to Malaysia!
