Campaign Story
This is Sepoy (Josephus “AJ” Cepe Gayona), a breadwinner and a freelance production staff for event and theater and have not been working for a year due to his sickness.
Due to health failure, i was rushed to hospital last June 30 and brought to Emergency then ICU for several laboratory test (based on medical abstract: i have sepsis, pneumonia, failure of kidney and too high potassium) and was supervised by at least 10 doctors. My hospital bills keep growing as i stay in the hospital for several test and observation. Fortunately, the hospital agree after a month when all viruses is out of my body with the help of antibiotics, Then the hospital discharged me if i sign a promisory note with interest since i only paid ¼ of the total bills.
So with this, i APPEAL to your GOOD HEART to support by DONATING in my FUND CAMPAIGN to achieve my target remaining hospital bills.
