Adam’s defense and justice in general

Adam is currently incarcerated for tickling his step daughter. If you know Adam, then you don't need to read the narrative below, but read it regardless. It is scary how quickly a phone call to the police can end up with so many lives in peril. The justice system has stacked the deck against him and anyone of us could fall prey to this. A few totally innocent events were twisted around by an overzealous and manipulative investigator and now Adam is facing an incomprehensible future. But we, collectively, can't let that happen.

I have talked to Adam's wife and am entirely confident that it happens like this: Adam's step daughter tells her friend that it makes her uncomfortable that Adam tickles her, her friend's parents overhear the conversation and call the police. Fair enough. Fine. We need to protect children, even if they aren't our own. But then the Weld County Sherriff investigator gets Adam's 13 year old step daughter into a room alone and starts steering the interview. He was determined to make a case......and he did. Adam's stepdaughter and wife want Adam out of jail more than any of us. Adam's stepdaughter doesn't like him tickling her, but she wants him to watch TV with her, and cook her dinner, and ask her about her day at school, and take her jeeping on the weekend. One isolated comment has escalated into this plight.

As a father of a 3 year old and an Adam fan, I want more Adams in the world and fewer injustices. Adam would protect my daughter against the person that he has been painted as. Please help.
