Eid Al-Adha Project (Adahy Palestine)

Project Summary:

The project aims to distribute Audhia meat to poor families and orphans during the days of Eid Al-Adha. Because of the bad economic circumstances in the Gaza Strip, the vast majority of the families can’t afford the cost of buying an Audhia to do the Islamic ritual of Eid Al-Adha. This leads to depriving the elderly, poor, needy, widows, disabled, and orphans from this blessing on the days of Eid.

The Islamic jurists (fuqaha') permitted the donation of the price of the Audhia to a charitable organization to be his representative in slaughtering the Audhia anywhere.

Project objectives:

• Reviving the Adhia ritual in Palestine and implementing the principle of social solidarity advocated by Islam.
• Bring joy and happiness to the poor and needy families in the Eid.
• Fulfilling the needs for meat of the poor and needy families in the Eid days.
• Cooperation on righteousness, and realization of the faithful brotherhood.
• Benefiting from the project in Da’wa to Allah.

Beneficiaries of the project:

• 800 poor families.
• Orphans, widows and the poorest families.
• The wounded, injured and sick.

Project justifications:

The project aims to provide Audhia meat to a number of poor families who cannot afford the cost of Audhia due to the difficult economic and living conditions.

فكرة المشروع :

يقوم المشروع بتوزيع لحوم الأضاحي للأسر الفقيرة والأيتام خلال أيام عيد الأضحى المبارك حيث يتم إعطاء الأسرة كيلو واحد من لحوم الأبقار، إذ أن الظروف الاقتصادية التي يمر بها الأسر الفقيرة تجعل الغالبية العظمى فيه غير قادرة على إحياء شعيرة الأضحية، وبالتالي حرمان العجزة، والفقراء، والمساكين، والأرامل، والمعوقين، والأيتام من هذه النعمة في أيام العيـد.

وقد أجاز الفقهاء للمسلم أن يتبرع بثمن الأضحية لجهة من الجهات الخيرية، كجمعية خيرية، لتكون وكيلا عنه في ذبح الأضحية في أي مكان.

أهداف المشروع :

• إحياء شعيرة الأضحية في المناطق وكذلك إحياء مبدأ التكافل الاجتماعي الذي نادى به الإسلام.

• إدخال الفرحة والسرور على الفقراء والمحتاجين يوم العيد.

• سد حاجة الفقراء والمساكين من اللحم في يوم العيد و أيام التشريق.

• التعاون على البر والتقوى وتحقيق الإخوة الإيمانية.

• الاستفادة من المشروع في الدعوة إلى الله.

الفئات المستفيدة من المشروع:

• 800 أسرة فقيرة.

• الأيتام والأرامل والأسر الأشد فقرا.

• الجرحى والمصابين والمرضى.

مبررات المشروع:

يعمل المشروع على توفير لحوم الأضاحي لعدد من الأسر الفقيرة التي لا تستطيع شراء الأضحية بسبب الظروف الاقتصادية والمعيشية الصعبة.
