Adah’s Fight against Leukemia

My name is Lito B. Antiqueña Jr. and I am raising fund for my eldest sister Adah Maebell Antiqueña, 34 years old and has been diagnosed with ACUTE MYELOID LEUKEMIA (AML). My sister is a mother of six-year old boy named RL and it is her dream to witness him growing and achieve his dream.

MEDICAL HISTORY

Mid of March 2016 when my sister rushed to UERM Hospital due to weakness, unreasonably exhausted and blurry vision. After series of test they found out that she needs 6 bags of blood for transfusion but the main reason of her sickness still unidentified.

Since then, she has been hospitalized (on and off) for the past months and has also undergone Bone Marrow Biopsy and Blood Smear and other tests. After those series of tests, June 2017 the doctors found out that she has ACUTE MYELOID LEUKEMIA and should be treated immediately since she already have other infections like Pneumonia/Tuberculosis and her Thyroid is also affecting her medications. She was advised to undergo rounds of Chemotherapy.

My sister Adah is currently at Philippine General Hospital (PGH) recuperating, going through series of medical tests and chemotherapy. We would like to ask for your financial support and prayers. She is asking you to help and support her in any way you can, so that she can undergo Chemotherapy and have her hospital bills paid off which her family cannot afford anymore due to past hospitalizations, blood transfusions, procedures, and rounds of chemotherapy.
