Activate Health & Well-being Community Interest Company offer a holistic and person centred approach to increasing physical activity and mental well-being by making outdoor activity accessible for all.
Unfortunately not everyone has the means and resources to escape to the beautiful countryside, see waterfalls, climb mountains or go and spend a night under the stars.
Activate is now fundraising to purchase a mini bus to ensure we can offer our valuable service to those with no or limited access to transport. Can you help us?
