Ann Tompkins
June 15, 1930 – March 24, 2019

Ann lived a long full life chasing adventure and fighting for moral justice both at home and abroad. She touched the lives of many people from all walks of life and inspired countless souls to action.

Ann battled Parkinson’s for over a decade, remaining vigilant, active and contributing to her community and causes. As she ended her journey on this earth, she did so at home, surrounded by the ones she loved, peacefully in her own bed.

I met Ann back in 1982 when we were both active in the Sonoma County Co-op, a food cooperative located in Santa Rosa. She was an amazing person and lived an incredible life. I am happy to support the writing and publication of her life's story and hope you will too.
