ACL Surgery

Hey guys, I am 30 years old professional musician songwriter multi-instrumentalist. Also amateur basketball player. I have torn ACL and meniscal tear along with sprain muscles and other injuries on my knee. I need a surgery that is very costy up to 2000$. Because of the injury I don't have too many concerts and other job offers plus medication, rehab and taxi all are very expensive.
