Achieving Dreams of being a Make Up Artist

Until recently, i thought the remainder of my working life would be spent behind a desk. Whilst on holidays late last year, an opportunity (as i see it) came about which allowed me to re-evaluate my life, re-discover myself and re-ignite an enthusiasm for life which i felt had been lacking.  Approaching my mid twenties, i felt my life was a constant cycle and which was going nowhere. But being surrounded by positive people whilst on holidays allowed me to discover a deep passion for make up and all things beauty related.

My dream is to enrol in a make up course/beauty school and get a professional qualification, then gain enough experience to share my talent with others. I hope to have my own small business one day.

Coming home with a new positive outlook, i sought to turn my new found passion into a reality of becoming a qualified and professional make up artist. However, reality hit and i found myself in debt - left, right and centre. My confidence went out the window and my dreams went down the drain as i had to shift my focus towards getting my finances back in order. That spark i had, consequently disappeared as i was now in a position of working only to pay off my debt and whatever little money i had left over, was put towards essentials.

It was my choice was to cut back on a lot of things in order to improve my situation. My social life is now currently non-existant as i cannot afford to socialize. My Weekends are now spent watching youtube videos to better my craft as i'm currently only self taught in all things beauty.

I'm here to regain that confidence i once had to pursue a new career, and to rid myself of debt so that i can achieve my dreams.

Your help would be greatly appreciated and i cannot thank you enough. All will be going towards enrollment in make up course and towards a make up kit for freelancing to gain experience and to build up clients.

I know this career path will change my life for the better and i look forward to making other people feel confident on the outside, as i know i will on the inside.
