Acetabular Laberal Tear Operation

I have spent several months with severe knee pain only to discover that I basically have a muscle tear near my hip joint. Due to poor blood supply this area will not heal itself. I require surgery to correct this problem and require a total of £8000. I am on crutches to get around and normal daily routines are in hold. Not to mention the consistant pain. I can get surgery in October if I fund it myself. This option is preferable rather than remaining in limbo for another 7 months.Any donotion would be appreciated and help me get back to normal.
