To Whom it May Concern,
I Abeo Jackson, actor, dancer, choreographer, television and theater producer (see attached bio), have been offered a place at the extremely prestigious Royal Central School of Speech and Drama in London. This institution is currently ranked among the top ten drama schools in the world and the top drama school in the UK.
"One of the most difficult schools to get into — more than 5,000 applicants a year compete for 45 spaces — it's alma mater to everyone from Laurence Olivier and Vanessa Redgrave to Kit Harington (Game of Thrones) and Karla Souza"....hollywoodreporter.com
Another notable alumna is none other than Dame Judi Dench!
After a nerve wracking possibly life altering live audition at the school last December, I have been offered a place in the extremely competitive Acting for Screen MA. Program. I am still currently awaiting word on whether I am going to be awarded partial scholarships or bursaries from the school. Thus in the interim I am operating on the premise that the funding for this once in a lifetime opportunity, year long program and all the potential creative doors it may open, must be sourced through my own local creative exploits from which I have made a living for the last few years as well as through the generosity, financial encouragement and support of organizations and people such as yourself. Folks like you, who have consistently shown quiet support for aspiring and working artists and the work we do.
Any assistance toward making this amazing dream a reality in the form of assistance for: tuition, accommodation, living expenses, will be nothing short of a blessing.
