Abandoned male pup needs help

Found this little male pup roaming in the streets where we currently live, followed her and found out that she lives in an abandoned house...Her owner dumped her in the abandoned house since he doesn't know how to cure the dog he bathed with motor changed oil when it got skin allergies due to feeding her with canned fish all the time... My bf and I spoke to the owner and claimed that he doesn't have money to take care of her anymore so what we did is feed and give her some medication... To my surprise the old man got a new puppy again and even argue with him with the abandoned little girl...he argues and even threatened us with so many things that might put my other rescues into danger... A friend would love to foster her apparently we all doesn't have any means of a decent source of income right now due to the pandemic yet we wanna save lives..
