ABANDONED @ the CREMATORY! HELP!

Thx for taking time to read my story. I & other family members would like to reunite my mother & father..Father had passed away in '04 & was cremated. Mom had begining stages of Alzheimers. To make a long story short our homeless brother moved in w/her.. Completely controlled her being w/paranoia.. Financially raped her, lapsed her insurance policy, opened a new one w/him as the only beneficiary.. He now is squatting in their home which was left to all the children.. The orginal will is in the house or most likely destroyed. I was administator. My parents had discussed all of this w/me years ago. Mom passed January 6, 2010, a day before Dads birthday. After some legwork I located the attorneys office that drew up their wills. As I was told all was to be equally split among the 3 children & I was administator. The wills were only copies not originals, cannot file copies. When Mom passed we under the impression she went to medical examiners, they said her demise seemed suspicious. I called medical examiners office for a specific request, only to find out she had already been cremated! Our brother had signed for her as we did not exist. Well!! being he signed & legally responsible only he can pay & take her.  He collected the life insurance & NEVER GOT OUR MOM!!! He ABANDONED her @ the crematory, (by the way the 1st thing 2 be paid from life insurance according to her will is FUNERAL EXPENSES.. CAN YOU IMAGINE LEAVING YOUR MOTHER @ THE CREMATORY!! She paid for that policy! I am still horrified.. SO!! Enough is enough! I need to hire an attorney to get rights to her & REUNITE MOM & DAD!  Also grant their dying wishes.. This takes money, so SAD!  PLEASE HELP US HELP MOM & DAD.. They were very good to us.. :(
