AaEventz – Events organising

Hello Everyone, my name is Ardit Mustafa, im 21 years of age and me and my friend decided to put all our contacts and connections to good use and to finally make some money from them! I understand that im young and that venturing into the business world at this age is a risky move but when you truly believe in something and you know if you put 110% effort into it, it can be done and thats what i believe. We have opened an event organising company which will be responsible for holding all types of events from nights out to bbqs to comedy nights and even drive though cinemas which i have noticed are quite rare here in the uk. Our first event that we would like to hold that i have done reasearch for is a car/bike show. Ive looked and found the best piece of land for rent which £1500, which is away from the city so it wont be a disturbance to any neighbours.

How will we make money from it? Entrance to the event is free, but since its in the middle of a field there will be no near shops or any local businesses near by so we will be the only suppliers of warm food and drink on the day, we will also be selling our merchandise on the day such as t shirts with our brand and design on it etc.

Expenses are over the amount im asking for buy obviously greed and getting everything for free is not what im trying to achieve here. Me and my friend will be saving as much as we possibly can to make sure we also contribute as it is our business. The only reason im on here is to ask for help in atleast getting the place booked and some of the materials bought so that we can focus on advertising and promoting ourselfs untill then, to make sure people will arrive. To do that, we will be making business cards for people to be able to reach us and also flyers of the event and going to well known places that car and motorbike enthusiests go to and handing out our information and getting as many followers as we can on our fan pages and telling them about the event.

This is for anyone who donates, and i would like who ever donates to go and like the page so i can see who donated and give something back such as to be the first to recieve our merchandise when i comes in.
