AA Wig

I've had AA since I was 9 years old. My hair has been falling out since then for no specific reason whatsoever. Usually clip-in hair extensions have done the trick, but now I lost the hair on my crown and can't put in hair extensions anymore. I've researched wigs online but the price for a human hair full lace wig is 300$+. With a teacher's salary, I can't afford that. I could barely afford the 70$ hair extensions. This money will really help in purchasing a wig that will give me back my confidence. I don't live in the US and in my home country, Honduras, I've only found bulky synthetic wigs. Any help is greatly appreciated.
