A young bipolar woman with dreams , help me start my business

Hi, I'm Asu. I'm 24 years old and I have bipolar disorder. Before Covid I was already having hard time getting a job. I was qualified enough, I had education but I was having hard time keeping on track with my medication and it was causing me to go fully depressed and fully energized too fast and I was having hard time to "be normal".. So I started working as a freelancer and I had a good thing going, as a freelance Web and Graphic designer, I had my clients months before, and I was financially stable.. Then the covid happened. All my future projects got cancelled, couldn't find any new clients and after I live on my savings I move back to my moms house so I don't have to pay rent and bills.. I lost my home and business just like that, in 2 months all my life went upside down.. And I couldn't find a job until july so I had to take a loan to help my mom with bills because she was struggling too. Then I found a graphic designer job in July, which they paid me less than minimum wage, even tho its illegal.. But I was in a really bad shape financially, I had to say yes. And In January 2021 they let me go with some other co workers cuz they couldn't "afford" to pay us anymore.. Now I'm back to getting loans again.. I paid the half of my last debt while I was working but I couldn't save anything extra because it wasn't even minimum wage.. I have around 4-4.5K in debts now, and it's adding up, and I was hoping to start a business since I can't find one. I would love to start a creative market and etsy store for my designs, but I need to stay at home and design templates all day for that.. That extra cash would help me to start my business legally (so I wont have a problem with tax) and other expenses such as marketing, licenses for graphic assets and fonts , domain, legal documents etc.
