A visit to their hearts..

Hi,

my name is Edgar, im a 26 yo casual guy. I am currently in New Zealand for a work away and when I got here from Europe, i travelled through Amerika, FL and stayed there for about 7 weeks.

My story is pretty simple but not less intersting. During my stay in Florida, Daytona, I had the opertunity to meet some very impressive people. All these people to mention would be an impossible task right here right now. So I try to mention the most importent (for this topic) of them.

1. Whitney

Whitneys place was where stayed at (for free) during the whole time. She is a 21 yo very enthusiatic woman and went through a lot of difficulties during her life (abortion due illness, stomach issuies [pankreatitis], failure in proper treatment after surgury, abusive ralationships, bipolar siblings, anxiety). She still has such a kind heart and tries her absolute best in living her life in a positive matter.

2. Emma

She is Whitney's sister and lives in Daytona only a mile from her, they visit each other every day to check if both of them are fine and she aswell had a rough start in her life with difficulties through mental problems, bipolarity [diagnosed, untreated], a very unhealthy relationship with an drug/alcohol addict and a problematic relationship with her mother. (which left both behind at their grandmother in kindergarten age).

3. Grandmother meme

She is a rock.

This woman comes from Michigan, and flinttown is not a stranger to all of them. She is leading a programm for exchange students [highschools] from all over the world to bring culture, diversity and ethnies together. Whitney and Emma were raised by her, with all these studens. She told me in private that she took care for over 2000 kids by now. And she wished that whitney, Emma and their smaller siblings could have get more of her, motherrole-wise. But still all of this is based on chairity and funds. And thus woman is over 80 yo now. Energy is a huge factor aswell right now.

My goal from this:

I want to visit them because their grandmother meme told me that they never had a christmas with real friends. They never had a christmas what was all about them. They never had a real visit from beloved ones. They never had a christmas with unexpected presents. They never experienced a surprise in a simply positive way. I don't have enough money for the flight. I don't wish for the money for presents, but that is all i got. I really and honestly think I can show them through this, that the world can give you back something good if you fight for it.
