A Vicious Extravaganza

An audacious idea. A brilliant concept. A loving cause. Are you ready for a Vicious Extravaganza? Born from the mind of Pisco Bar's wonderful music director, JonnyVicious as a yearly celebration of Malaysia’s best and most exciting electronic music scene but with an absolutely beautiful cause.

Imagine uniting 48 of the scene’s best players to play an all day and all night across two action packed areas. Imagine then that these amazing artistes playing at this even for a truly worthy cause, an orphanage filled with young hearts who are truly in need of a ray of hope.

A Vicious Extravaganza will be an all day long event held at Pisco Bar KL that will feature the creme de la creme of KL’s best electronic DJs an promoters with proceeds from this event going towards the rebuild of the Stepping Stones Living Centre hostel for boys based in Taman Seputeh KL.
It is the first gathering of such a diverse crowd of DJs and collectives for a cause and promises to be a day filled with great music, wonderful like minded souls and fun times from day to night.

Stepping Stones Living Centre houses 45 children ranging from 2-17 years of age. The home was set up by Pastor Johnson almost 20 years ago with public funds and his own blood and sweat.
The home is in genuine need of a facelift, especially the boys hostel which sleeps 16 boys with no beds, a broken roof, no proper bathroom/toilet amenities.
Most of these children come abusive homes or have been abandoned by their family as they can not afford to raise them.
Our objective is to raise enough funds to rebuild the boys hostel so they may have a good nights sleep every night, a basic fundamental human right in our books. We will also be looking for sponsorship of educational material as well as materials for rebuilding the home.
In time we will be posting all the needs that we will be working towards over the next few months.
