HELPING OTHERS and seeing HAPPINESS stamped on people's faces through my art, my communication and my surrender for LOVE to everything I do, is something that has always filled me completely.

My name is Paula Gomes, I'm 33 years old, Portuguese and I'm currently living in Thailand. I came here in January with the intention of starting a new cycle in my life, running after my dreams and soul, and above all seeking self-knowledge breaking with standards and beliefs, leaving my comfort zone, and creating a Project combining my talent, my passions and knowledge in order to TRANSFORM LIVES through BODY EQUILIBRIUM AND HARMONY OF MIND AND SPIRIT. Like so it started the year 2020, but quickly life turned around when COVID appears. After 3 months I would return to Portugal and then return to Thailand again, already with legal status, to start here the Organization and Management of YOGA AND MEDITATION RETREATS, while continuing to create a PROGRAM FOR THE BODY, MIND AND SPIRIT BALANCE AND HARMONIZATION, through the union of YOGA, FUNCTIONAL TRAINING, MEDITATION, ESSENTIAL OILS AND CHRISTALS, with the intention of always including more tools in the area of health and well-being.

However, and due to the closing of the border, constant cancellation of the return flight, and with the extension of my current visa, I am still here and experiencing several financial difficulties to continue my projects.

Given these circumstances, and with few resources to be able to proceed with my PROJECTS, and even to handle the necessary documents that I would provide to become legal in Thailand (also taking into account that the company that I would establish partnership with, is closed due to the border closure), I am faced with difficulties to proceed with my SOUL PROJECT.

So, I come here to ask you earnestly and with all my LOVE, if you feel you can help me in this most challenging phase.

I believe that when we GIVE, with whatever value, that value returns to us in ABUNDANCE! It is the LAW OF RETURN!
