A Tribute to Fouad – the kindest man I’ve ever met

Dear Fouad,

During your short life, you have touched the life of many people with your kindness and big heart. You truly believed in the good in people and have inspired me in so many ways. You always watched out for everybody and to me you were like a big brother. I loved to listen to your stories from back home in Egypt but I wish I had asked to hear more. You always had a kind word for anybody around you. And when you talked about your kids, your eyes would sparkle with love. It was the most beautiful thing.

I am honored to have met you and I deeply feel for your beautiful family.

You were an angel on Earth and now you are one in Heaven.

Rest in peace, my dear friend.

The kindest man and sweetest soul I have ever known - Fouad Youssef - passed away on 7 September after a hard battle with cancer.
