A Tiny Pen Tablet for a Student with no Income

Uhmmm, I`m going to start the Thesis for my career and i wanted to do it about illustration using digital art, I learnt how to do it with the mouse, but i have a condition in my elbow that results in my rigth arm freeze if I`m using the mouse for a prolonged amount of time due to the hand position, also buying a pen tablet rigth now is really expensive, and ive been trying for freelance, but i always end up either losing the offering or working for free (I would appriciate some guidance there cause I always manage to not get a cent out of it). I will definetly do comissions for the donators as a thanks for the help :D.
