A Theater company for my theater students

Hello! I am Remus Japitana Villanueva, a theater arts practitioner who has been in theater for 13 years in various institutions such as Tanghalang Pilipino (TP-CCP) of the Cultural Center of the Philippines, Gantimpala Theater Foundation (GTF) and Artists Theatre Company.Ltd-United Kingdom (ATC-UK). I am also an educator who teaches theater arts in Bulacan State University and San Beda College Alabang.

I established a theater group last November 2015 called the Thespians of Truth and Possibilities (TTP) which is composed mainly by the students and alumni of BA-Theater Arts, Bulacan State University. As I have experienced here, most theater artists do not have a monthly salary to wait for; every 15 ^th of the month, no benefits, or even insurance... a great reason why it leads theater artists and aspirants to consider other professions.

As an educator, my vision is to provide an outlet for the incoming theater practitioners and for them to be able to hone their craft in a nurturing environment where these non-existing benefits and securities would be available.
